Oven Roasted Vegetables

This is one of the most extremely easy ways to cook vegetables. Simply choose a few vegetables that generally cook about the same time. For example:
Carrots, turnips, rutabaga, brussel sprouts are much more dense in texture and will take longer to cook. Vegetables such as summer squash, broccoli and cauliflower are much more tender and will take less time. Whichever vegetables you choose, cut the vegetables about same size.

Season the vegetables by drizzling with olive oil and sprinkling with sea salt. Crumble some fresh rosemary and thyme (a teaspoon or more) over the vegetables and bake in a 400 degree oven until tender or about 35 minutes.
