Navy Bean Hummus


1 cup of cooked navy beans
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tsp Sesame Tahini
3 TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBL fresh squeezed lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor or use a potato masher and blend well. Initially, it will be very creamy, but as it sits it will develop a thicker consistency.

Sprinkle with Paprika, Parsley, drizzle with Olive Oil, serve with Whole Wheat Garlic Bread, Pita Bread or Toast.
