Summer Squash and Zucchini

Ingredients
2 medium zucchini squash
1 yellow squash
2-3 medium sized carrots
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
2 Tbl butter
1/4 cup water or vegetable broth
1/8 tsp basil
Salt
Pepper

Directions
Slice carrots and squash diagonally (uniformed in size). Slice onions and finely chop or crush  garlic cloves and set aside. 
In a medium sauce pan melt butter, add water or broth and carrots and saute' approximately 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook until vegetable are tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
