1 head of cauliflower
2 tablespoons of Whole Cream or Milk
1/2 tsp dried or fresh parsley
Wash cauliflower and remove green leaves
Steam cauliflower until tender about 7-10 minutes
Add cauliflower, butter, cream or milk in a food processor and blend well or
add all the ingredients in a large bowl and use a potato masher and blend well until creamy.
Add salt and pepper to taste, garnish with parsley
Adjust the ingredients to your taste.
You can also add Parmesan cheese, crushed garlic or fresh spring scallions.
