Navy Beans With Red Onions & Lime

3 cups cooked navy beans
3 cups cooked navy beans
1 small red onion thinly sliced in half moons
2 tablespoons (or more) of fresh cilantro chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley chopped
1 lime 
Salt and pepper to taste
Place the cooked navy beans in a bowl. 
Squeeze the juice of the lime over the beans.
Add the onions, cilantro, parsley and toss until well covered.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let the beans marinate in the vinaigrette for about 15 to 20 minutes to soak up the flavor before serving.
