To Make Ginger Tea
You'll need:
Raw ginger root
4 cups Water 
Honey (optional)
Lemon (optional)

Peel and cut about 1-1 1/2 inches of ginger root. Cut into thin slices.
Bring the water to a boil
Add the ginger and let simmer 10-15 minutes.
Strain into cup add honey and lemon if desired.
The more ginger you add to the water, the stronger the flavor.
