Garlic Salsa Verde
Makes about 2 cups

2 large bunches of cilantro
1 small green bell pepper (optional)
6 garlic cloves
1 jalapeno pepper 
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Juice of 2 limes or lemon
Olive oil
Take the cilantro off the stems and chop fine. Cut up the garlic, onion, jalapeno and bell pepper. Blend everything in the food processor or blender, adding a drizzle of olive oil if it is too thick. Pour into a nice bowl and season with salt.
