Tomato Sauce Made Easy

Wash, rinse and chop tomatoes.

Place in a sauce pan and cook down for 20-30 minutes. 


After sauce has cooled, place tomatoes in a blender or food processor. Blend well.

Pour in jars, refrigerate or freeze. 

If you'd like to can, process jars, using the water bath method. 15 minutes per pint. 20 minutes quart. Cool and store.
