Cranberry Tea

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 - 1 cup of fresh Cranberries

3 cups of filtered water

Sweetner (optional)

Bring to boil 3 cups of water, add about 3/4 cups of cranberries and let is simmer for about 5 minutes. 

Strain and add sweetner to taste. 

Cranberries are excellent for UTI infections, Kidney Stones, Bladder Issues. They're also beneficial for stomach disorders, diabetes and gum disorders due to plaque.
