Drying Hot Peppers

A quick way to dry all those peppers growing in your garden.

Cut the tops off the peppers. You can slice the peppers open or leave in tact. 

Spread the peppers out on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Place in oven on lowest setting; 100-200 degrees. Watch carefully and remove peppers that dry first. Allow 1 hour or more if necessary for peppers to completely dry. Some oven temperatures vary, so, watch carefully. Remove the peppers when completely dry, store.
