The fragrance of oven roasted vegetables is divine. This same recipe can be used for Cauliflower, Beets, Carrots, Parsnips and Brussels sprouts.
1 bunch of Broccoli florets
1/4 cup Olive Oil
7-8 Garlic cloves slices and crushed
1 tsp Salt
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
In a cast iron pan or baking sheet, toss add Broccoli, garlic and toss with Olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and place in oven. Roast for 20 minutes or until edges of Broccoli are crisp.
