Chili Pepper Oil
1 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons of dried peppers crushed
Add oil, and peppers to a small pot and mix well. Use a medium low heat and stir oil and chili peppers for about 5 minutes.
Be careful not to burn the oil. Do not allow it to smoke.
After about 5 minutes, remove from heat. Pour the oil into a jar and refrigerate. Use within 4-5 weeks.
