This delicious dipping sauce is so versatile. Use with toast or drizzle over vegetables for roasting.
1 cup Olive oil
1 large clove of Garlic crushed (optional)
1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
1 tablespoon Rosemary crushed
Pinch of sea salt
Add all ingredients into a jar and allow to marinate 2-24 hours before serving allowing herbs and spices to infuse oil.
Enjoy with toasted bread.
