Tumeric Milk (Golden Milk)

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups milk
Pinch of Tumeric powder or to taste
Pinch of Ginger powder
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Black pepper (optional)

Tablespoon of honey  or to taste

Directions.

Whisk spices in a small bowl. 
Warm milk in a shallow sauce pan, 3-4 minutes. Add spices and mix well. Simmer gently 3-4 minutes allowing spices to absorb. Strain. Add honey and serve.
