One Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

Ripe Bananas 

It's important that the banana is very ripe. There should not be any green anywhere on the banana. And unripe banana will produce a bitter tasting ice cream.  

Slice the bananas and place in a freezer bag or pyrex covered freezing dish. Allow bananas to freeze completely for several hours. 

Remove bananas and blend well in a blender or food processor. 

Serve immediately. You may add toppings such as chocolate syrup, berries or honey.
