Roasted Grapes

These are awesomely delicious and syrupy. Serve with Feta Cheese and wheat crackers, on Bruschetta with Feta Cheese or top on warm Ricotta Cheese. 

Ingredients:

Red Grapes
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary (optional)

Directions: 

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. 
Rinse and pat dry grapes. Coat grapes in olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and Rosemary.

Place grapes on a cookie sheet and place in oven. Roast for 15 minutes and then turn up the oven to 450 and roast an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven an let cool. Serve with cheese, crackers or toast. It can also be drizzled over ice cream.
