What you'll need:
Blender or food processor or hand blender.
2 Cups cooked navy beans (with a little broth from beans or 1/4 cup of water)
4 TBL extra virgin olive oil or melted butter
4 TBL heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 clove of garlic
In a small pot, add water or broth from cooked beans. Add beans and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from stove and drain well.
Add the beans and remaining ingredients into a food processor, blender or a bowl (using hand blender). Blend until creamy.
Note: Add as much cream and butter to thicken or thin as you desire.
