Navy Bean Dip
2 1/2 cups cooked navy beans, mashed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
Blend beans in food processor or blender. Remove from blender
Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and basil mix well smooth and creamy.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with paprika.
Serve with pita bread or pita chips.
