Old Fashioned Cold & Flu Remedy

What you will need:

3/4 cup of fresh finely minced garlic
1/2 cup of fresh minced onion
1 fresh lemon
Honey

Add the garlic and honey to a jar. Squeeze in the fresh juice of one whole lemon. Pour honey over the ingredients and mix well. 

Refrigerate. 

Take 1-3 teaspoons daily for cough, congestion, colds, flu and bronchitis. The health benefits of garlic include lowering blood pressure. It's one of the best natural antibiotics.
